As part of a development team, GUND Partnership led conceptual design efforts for a new mixed-use development in the Roxbury section of Boston. The 1 million-square-foot, $300 million complex combines retail, office and residential uses, and is anchored by a new museum for the National Center for Afro-American Artists (NCAAA). The project seeks to make the site an engine of broad social change, adhering to Miss Elma Lewis' vision for the site.
